If we get to look back at the teenage years of this century... and get to see a few more of our names, wow! Is it still a dream?!

11/12 - City.
12/13 - rags.
13/14 - City.
14/15 - Chelsea.
15/16 - Leicester.
16/17 - Chelsea.
17/18 - TBC
18/19 - ?
19/20 - ?

Yeah but in who’s lifetime is this?

What was it they used to aim our way when all we had to fight for was pride.....small time. Them celebrating like school kids shows that the tables have turned mate - just point that out to them

I'd have snapped your arms off when I was growing up watching City, if you'd said we'd be good enough to COMPETE for a trophy in a decade or two. I'd have laughed at you even harder if you'd have said we could rival the treble-winning squad and dominant force that was ManUre. It just wasn't a dream that was every expected. They won the battle, because we were too poor to put it beyond them. The war, the marathon of the season is far from over BUT with 13 points, we are the makers of our own destiny. If second-place spurs them on next season, bully for them, City are more than capable of improving year after year. I think since 2006/07, we have had few backwards steps.

You don't think winning a derby from being two goals down is worthy of celebration?

Jesus christ what is it with people on this forum. You make post and then you get stupid comments back like the one you just have.......where did it say never to celebrate a derby win from being 2 goals down is not worthy of celebration.....if you bothered to read the previous posts you will see that the context of the post was in relation to the celebrations long after the game finished

Putting our finishing and defending to one side, they must realise that "It was Atkinson wot won it!" But, there again, they're used to having perennial leg-ups from referees so perhaps they didn't notice. How many pens did Old Mother Riley score for them?

The score was 3-2, in their favour. If it was the other way round do you think we would give a toss what the ref had done?

Always give a toss what the ref has done. We get bookings for tackles for which opposition players don't even concede a free kick! The score is irrelevant. It might not have generated as much vitriol had Atkinson done the job he was supposed to do. We lose the use of players when other teams get away with it. Kane and Alli should have had three match bans in the game we won. Everything a ref does, or doesn't do has a bearing on the season one way or another, win, lose or draw!
