Completely agree.

Admired Mourinho for many years and his record is incredible but the last few years have seen his meltdown become almost complete and his mentality towards the game is now completely tiresome to watch and listen to.

He had a fear factor but its gone for virtually every team, manager and player now and he just doesn't have a different plan anymore im afraid.

Make no mistake, give Pep that uts squad and he pushes them all the way for the title whilst Mourinho cant do anything with them.

Huge gulf in ability between the two managers.

For a long time his football worked. For whatever reason it's stopped.

Think the man is just a ****. He believes his own bull shit and has forgotten how to be a manager.

My daughter is a Brighton fan (in part because my son is a Palace fan, so there you are) and with my wife we all four watched this match together before going on a lovely family bike ride in the California sunshine.
