Although I suppose to be honest it isn't really accurate to describe them as feckless... they've obviously got the wherewithal to plan their breeding programmes in order to take full advantage of the system to the extent that they can spend 20 years or more working minimal hours to claim optimum benefits and rake in the same level of income as the take home pay of some mug working full time earning the UK national average wage.
