Nice new shiny contract with a huge sacking clause would suit all parties. Well up until the new year when the Norwich scarves will be out.

They've had a few tabloids printing some negative articles about them in the past few weeks, something they were not permitted to do under the pisscan. But in order for it not to look like they are the media darlings they've had a bit of stick. It was inevitable that the brakes would be slammed so no more turmoil for the rags - for now.
The media were just flexing their muscles and letting the verminous bastards know that they, Mirror/Sun/Daily Mail etc, are the ones in charge.

The press were never attacking the revered institution that is Manchester united Football Club, they were attacking the Glazers and trying to put pressure on them.
