Good to see Ineos can not only take on successful sporting teams and make them much, much worse, it can also take on very mediocre teams and make them much worse as well….

This from google AI.

  • Cycling: Ineos Grenadiers, formerly Team Sky, has struggled to regain its former glory. The team has won fewer races, and has not won a Grand Tour since Brailsford became Ineos's director of sport in 2021. Some say the team lacks a rider who can challenge for major podiums, and that Egan Bernal's recovery from a training ride crash in 2022 is unlikely.

  • Football: Manchester United, where Ineos has a minority stake, has had difficulty finding success. The team is currently in 13th place in the Premier League.

  • Sailing: Ineos has experienced only losses in the America's Cup.

  • Formula 1: Mercedes has not had a world champion since Ratcliffe's investment in 2020.

  • Rugby: The All Blacks lost the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
and the panel gaps and external fittings are a joke on the new Grenadier.......

I am not saying they will succeed but they will 1000% try to poach Viana. Make no mistake about it. They are bar none the most pathetic sport association on the planet, and their envy and admiration for us knows no bounds.

That being said, there were enough voices out of Newcastle implying that Ashworth wasn't actually that good in the market, which was his sole purpose at United. Which makes me feel this is bad news in case they actually stumble upon someone competent this time.

Also, INEOS has never run a succesfull football team. Only straight or relative failures. By all intents or purposes they have no idea what they are doing
They will try to nick him from us. If they do I don’t think I could bare the media wankfest! I reckon we were in for Amorim aswell. We’ve seen for over a decade now how these wankstains whole existence now revolves on trying to get one over on us. Fuckin pathetic! If they get viana aswell the media wil celebrate like they’ve won a trophy!

So you think Pep only signed for another two years because AMoron went to Trafford?

You’re as bad as the rags on sad café.

Well if it’s only £10m then they’ll need to make another 500 redundant.

Many months ago I made a prediction the Rags will move to Wembley, they’ll say it’s temporary but I think it’s typical vulture capitalism behaviour. Close down OT, make savings & lease Wembley.
Now you've said it them moving feels inevitable

Reading around the cycling teams problems it's quite remarkable how the mistakes they made with them are being replicated at the rags. Lots of disgruntled staff unhappy they restructured how they work etc , Replaceing well respected back room staff (in cycling teams case Steve Cummings) and now the star of British cycling (Tom Pidcock) has quit and joined a lower ranked pro cycling team so he can get his career back on track.

I wonder if we should convince India to get sponsorship from ineos ahead of the test cricket in the summer
