Imgur has a few - I'm not on twatter either. It was a casual reference as a friend tried to share a video which has now been removed.

I suppose they could argue image manipulation as there's one going around of a woman filming right in front of the officers that shoot the victim. If that's real then where did she go? If it isn't that doesn't help getting the facts and serves Trumps lies and bullshit machines.
 
I wonder what coked-up, Carrollian excuse the administration will come up with to justify another civilian being killed?

I don’t think we are on the brink of civil war but if the 26 elections end up being compromised in a significant way then predicting the future becomes much harder.

What irritates me most is the cowardice — of Trump’s sycophants, of the GOP that could have stopped this long ago (and still can, but won’t), and of the posters here and everywhere who have disappeared now that’s it’s all gone so wrong, as many here foretold.

Illegal immigrant with criminal record shooting at ICE officers who they took down in self defence despite protestors trying to save him who have been whipped up by radical left politicians and news organisations is my guess.

They'll just ignore it as standard, then there'll be another shit show in 24 hours and everyone will forget about the previous one.

The saddest part of all this is that I don't think they even need to compromise the elections. The polling which has been pretty accurate for the last two election cycles (as much as I was hoping it was way off in 2024, it wasn't) is currently showing that Republicans will comfortably hold onto their majority in the Senate. They might even extend it.

Are Americans that upset about all this? No doubt many are - but apparently, not a large enough volume of people to actually vote to stop it. The polling suggests that plenty of the electorate are liking what they're seeing and want more of it.

Don't get me wrong, I really hope that doesn't come true - maybe this time the polling is wrong. But if it's not, I think we will need to stop labouring under the misapprehension that Trump getting in again was some kind of mistake or one-off, and start to accept the American government and its actions are simply a reflection of its people.

I fear that people will take the law into their own hands and its only a matter of time before an ice goon is attacked/killed.

Which will be exactly what Trump wants.
