Unless you're willing to pay well over face you can't get tickets in NY or Boston. The WC is a bigger joke than ever but the stadiums will be packed. People forget the 1994 WC remains the best-attended of all time.

Right? My response was to the claim US stadiums will be empty.Well yeah...it's the biggest sporting event in the world in a 3 countries with 500,000,000 people.
Anything less than fully selling out every game is a failure.
@FogBlueInSanFran
look at this leader of the Dem party,
“There’s no peace in the Middle East bc Palestinians refuse to believe in the Torah. The Torah says it’s our [Jews] land. And that’s why America must always stand with Israel.”
Does he represent America or israel?
I can't wait to vote him and his compatriot Gillibrand out!

Why did you tag me on this? I don’t think I’ve ever once commented pro or con about anyone’s support for Israel or lack thereof.

I too was wondering when it was. That was from eight years ago. I'm not sure why it's resurfaced, but it's part of why support for Israel has plummeted in the States.

@Blue_Lightsaber — Isn’t it possible a number of high-profile American politicians of any stripe have changed their perspective on Israel in the last eight years, and especially since Gaza?
And I don’t recall having a go at you on this, but as I have to remind folks, I have historically tended to vote for Democrats but I don’t always. At this point they are the only alternative for me to any politician who has not specifically disavowed Trump, and even then, some public figures that now have (like Tucker Carlson, e.g.) I cannot forgive yet or maybe ever forgive their avarice and/or moral cowardice.
I don’t think she has any chance of winning the nomination in a normal primary process. I think her talk is a trial balloon with no obvious contenders emerging yet save Newsom. And I believe he in turn will end up less appealing than many here think currently.Yeah I'm the same way. I've never voted for a Republican since my #1 issue is and was always healthcare and they simply don't present an option that's viable.
But I'm starting to get annoyed at some dems and won't vote for them at all.
I get it's not always sunshine and rainbows but at least try and protect our healthcare instead of aid to Israel in form of bombs and funding.
I did vote for Kam though but she seems intent on doing an Israel first agenda and running again apparently
The stadiums may not be empty, but they won't have anywhere near the number of overseas supporters in the stands that have attended previous tournaments.Right? My response was to the claim US stadiums will be empty.
I think you're right, and it's a bad situation for the tournament and the game generally. But my sense is FIFA don't care, as long as someone's paying. The stadiums may not be empty, but they won't have anywhere near the number of overseas supporters in the stands that have attended previous tournaments.
Imagine some of the flags that would appear if overseas fans were there, Trump would get some shit. The stadiums may not be empty, but they won't have anywhere near the number of overseas supporters in the stands that have attended previous tournaments.

Mortgage Eyes. One fixed and one variable"Kash Patel is reportedly furious and threatening to sue anyone who calls him “J. Edgar Boozer.”
It would be a real shame if this went viral." :)
