But that is what most of us are saying. We are not saying it is only against City in some big conspiracy.
There will always be marginal calls....... some favour rags and dips (onside) and some favour rags and dips (offside)
Offside is a factual decision.

How does your logic apply to Rashford’s goal? It was a marginal decision that went for the rags and simultaneously against the dippers.

I can’t comment on it yet because I haven’t seen it and don’t know how justified the criticism is.

It seems to be fan lead rather than anything from Newcastle players and manager.

I’ve seen the offside and that seems fair enough.

The officials didn’t manipulate Newcastle in switching off at a corner.
To their credit, NBC, Sky, and BBC commentators and pundits immediately questioned where the extra 3 minutes of stoppage came from at the end that allowed for the winning goal (only for the ref to blow the whistle at the ensuing kickoff), as there was only the Joelinton and keeper injury stoppages during stoppage time that added up to 1 minute of additional time at most.

One even cheekily commented that this reminded them of the days of Fergie time.

And one of the Newcastle offsides is highly dubious when compared to the Rashford onside goal for United.

Sterling vs Southampton vibes.

These things happen once in a while.

Not sure why different offsides are being compared. It’s a factual decision.

I think the Rashford goal brought into light a new “it’s within tolerance” that many of us had never heard. This looked closer.

It’s gone from factual to err not quite factual & back to factual.
