With Grealish in the team, we basically thrashed them with ten men.

Routine win with a couple of lapses in concentration.

KDB, Zinchenko and Jesus ruled the roost.

Cancelo and Grealish were shite.

Had to laugh at some saying Grealish was good. At the game playing against one of the divisions worst teams I genuinely can't remember a single positive contribution.

I mean he didn’t give the ball away much, but he also didn’t add much to our attack, Gabby’s 4th goal aside.

I like him as a footballer, but we still need to see how he fits into and enhances our play. Hopefully he’ll have big contributions when he’s called upon in the last games of the season.

We could play lots of players and ask them
not to give the ball away. But we need goals and assists from our front 3 and his stats this season are appalling.

He is better than 95% of players in retaining the ball. He also draws 2-3 players towards him and is learning to pass the ball when that happens, so he is creating space for others, which is why Pep loves him.

He hasn’t tried very many risky passes like KDB does. I don’t know if that is by order from Pep or he’s playing within himself as he doesn’t want to give the ball away.

I can easily do that- keeping the ball. I just need to back pass to ederson

We don't pay 100 million to players for retaining ball.
We have lots of them and grealish is no where top. Gundo, silva, rodri are masters in tight spaces.
Pep never told any one not to pass or score or shoot. Rodri did that today. Pep is only concern on losing the ball in midfield

I too was disappointed for Jack today but let's give him another season. I'm confident he will improve dramatically as many others have and also if we do get Haaland the we are going to be playing a bit differently and that might help Jack

I hope so i really want him to succeed but iam not confident so far. Fingers crossed

He's looking like a sqaure peg in a round hole , he doesnt suit our style of play , not criticising his ability he is a very talented player but even against a shite Watford team he played the safe negative pass nearly every time , if he cant show his talent and tear teams like Watford apart , then when will he ?
He contributed next to nothing , very frustrating to see a player doing nothing like he did at his previous club and for England , he needs to buck his ideas up for next season which will hopefully see him improve and integrate into the team.
