specifically and individually? No. In some interviews he'll say AJ or Balo needs to grow up but he doesn't say "Hart is shite" "Kompany is shite" "Tevez is shite" etc ;)

I can see where the OP is coming from,vinny was outstanding genarally today ,but the space for Rooney`s goal was outrageous.
The two cb`s of utd near gave our forward`s a proper sniff of a goal.
We just need a no noscence cb( but a dont know who )

If there is fault on the first goal it is with Zaba.He was tracking Nani and as the ball was played by Giggs,if you watch it closely , Zaba actually checks his run a fraction as he thinks Nani isn't going to take the pass.

You cannot blame Lescott for jumping for a long ball to compete with shrek ( who just jumps into him) and it bounces away luckily to Giggs.

are you fucking serious any center back we have should be beating rooney to headers he is a fucking midget. especially from long balls like that he has plenty of time to get in the right position and doesnt have to direct it any where just get it to go forward. you wouldnt see vidic do that or terry or samba the list goes on. it was woeful

If a goal is scored from open play then it is more than likely that a CB will be on hand. Whether it is a glaring miskick of an error or a failed clearance is immaterial - the CBs will always be in the thick of it, and there is no doubt that we have several decent CBs in the squad. You can even blame a CB for ScouseGit'sBiggestAndBestGoalTheWholeofHumanityEverWitnessedInTheEntireHistoryOfTheKnownUniverseAndBeyond for not gettin right up that fat git's arse and taking a kick in the mush. No doubt we would have conceded a penalty for headbutting the FatScouseGit's foot but Joe might've caught it low down to his left - one handed.

Don't agree at all. The only blame was zab who didn't get tight enough to nani. The second goal was a freak.

The centre halves were excellent all day.

The only suspect performances were the two men played out of position . Zap and kolorov . Overall the team played well

I totally agree that Lescott should not be getting beaten in the air in the build up to the first goal but I'm not having it that the CBs were to blame for the second. Firstly Kompany slipped but then Rooney was far enough out and the defenders were in a close enough proximity where if he had done the normal thing (ie brought the ball down) then they would have been on him and been confident of dealing with him. Ok they weren't close enough to intercept the ball but only that outrageous skill was able to take advantage as I don't think he would have scored a header from there. United had 1 genuine chance today in 90 minutes. At what point are people able to just hold their hands up and say great goal rather than picking holes in players who have played very well.
