My MetOfficeApp is indicating 20mph winds and generally pissing down for the rest of day. There's a wee glimpse of sunshine about 3pm! If the programme kiosks are getting blown around Joe Mercer Way and bouncing about City Square i think it might be off. We'll have to wait and see! Pawson is in the VAR Whelk Stall. As soon as one of the kiosks gets blown over he'll report within five minutes whether it was offside or a programme brushed the hairs on the seller's arm!

No idea. I haven't checked the forecast for Sheffield but it's 40 miles away and on the other side of the pennines from Manchester so it's not really relevant.
