Who are the good pundits?

Davey Proven
Ally McCoist
Nedum Onuoha
Jobi McAnuff
Liam Rosenior (he was the best out there but he doesn’t do it now he’s assistant manager at Derby, Wheetabix head must have been as impressed as I’ve always been with Rosenior’s football insight though to take him on at Derby, he proper knows what he’s talking about!)
Sounness
Redknapp (I “literally” mean that, he’s always fair about City! and is just enthusiastic about the game)
Shay Given
Robbie Savage clearly loves watching City (he can be a bit too pro-City which I’m sure other fans don’t enjoy listening to, but it’s better than the opposite!)
I think Ferdinand is by far the best ex-Rag pundit and is good and fair about everyone when he’s not taking about United (when he does talk about United he turns into a dick)
Ian Wright (always liked him, as a player n’all!)
Keith Andrews
Colin Wanker is brilliant n’all, he’s always having a laugh!
I love watching Scholes when United are on because he doesn’t give a shit and just slags them off to fuck, but he’s a bit boring when talking about anyone else.

There are loads of good pundits and co-commentators out there.

We have loads of City pundits and co-commentators on tele. Not that I think many of them are any good, mind.

I obviously love Micah but I don’t think he’s a good pundit, not insightful enough. Lescott is too bland and fucking loves saying “Sir Alex” (and always brings him up, for some reason!). Hinchliffe, you’d never think he played for us! Nigel “state the obvious” de Jong is our most pro-City but he’s not a good pundit. Shauny Wright isn’t insightful enough. And then there’s Nedum who is one of the best out there!

The BBC haven’t got any other than Ian Wright though (and I like Chappers as a presenter). The rest at the BBC are very poor. ITV are poor. BT aren’t great but are better than the BBC and ITV. Sky are by far the best for pundits and co-commentators.

must admit i like martin keown, makes me laugh with some of his comments

yesterday for instance when he said the forest keeper "threw one in" when attempting his clearance for Leicester's goal

and laura woods, not sure why though........
“Fake 9”
“fffrough ball”
“paintbrushes for feet”
“I am the missing link!”

Woods has got no arse at all but she’s got a very sexy voice.

That pretty much covers it i think.

Souness, Ian Wright, McCoist, Shearer. Ferdinand is a great interviewer,

Have I missed someone mentioning Danny Murphy? - always listenable.
Various others

Souness - v good
Hinchcliffe - bit boring
McPointy - irritating
Keown - ditto
McCoist - v good
Shearer - uninspired. Apparently, he scored a lot of goals once upon a time.
Dixon - boring
Keane - OK but gives little real insight
Redknapp - stealing a living
Neville - OK
Carragher - unwatchable/unlistenable/disgrace
Micah - getting better. Needs to make sure he doesn't become a parody of himself.
Joleon - see Keane
Ashley Cole - crap
Joe Cole - watchable - may get better as he gets older.
