West Ham away beng a prime example - responsible for both goals. That game could have cost us dear.Lots of revisionist nonsense in this thread. I liked Zin but for much of his time with us he was a liability defensively. We couldn't promise he'd be first choice so understandably he wanted to move on. I think we miss Ferna's leadership far far more than Zin.

The Cucurella fee was a joke hence why we pulled out of a deal, Zinchenko was a fair price for a fair player. If Curcurella (spelling) is worth 65 million, so was Zinc. We massively undersold him.
Nah don't agree Arse got 26 year old bargain. The Cucurella fee was a joke hence why we pulled out of a deal, Zinchenko was a fair price for a fair player.
Without doubt a great lad to have around your club, but the fact remains he wanted to leave and play more.Nah don't agree Arse got 26 year old bargain.
I had Hanx the live album. Jake Burns looks like he's ate Jake Burns these days.Ha ha. Hanx! They are still good live but I guess the time comes when rock bands just need to call it a day.
The legend and leader Ferna as he is, was well past his sell by date for his last two seasons with us. Revisionism is not only about Zinny.100% this. Ferna is possibly a bigger loss than the Kuns and David Silva's of the world IMO. His leadership qualities and what he brought to the squad are so hard to replicate.
I do see big leadership potential in Rodri though....
