We’re looking leggy though, at some point it’ll catch up with us, go out of the CL next week and the fatigue factor lessens dramatically

If you think there's any question of us purposely 'going out' of any competition/s I think you're seriously underestimating Pep Guardiola. The marker to win trophies was put down very early in the cup competitions, and I'm certain that will not change. If our squad runs out of steam, so be it, but i'm almost certain that we won't see a deliberate under-strength squad at any time this season.

I am really a bit worried about the remaining fixtures in comparison to Liverpool. I am not confident that we will not drop more points especially that 5 out of 9 games are out of Etihad and some against teams that managed to beat us this season add to that the derby and the fact that we are still competing in three tournaments that may impact us going forward

I guess because when we were in the second place the hope was little, but now knowing that we are in the leading seat, we become more worried to loose it

Based on squad and mentality, Liverpool will drop another 8 points.

City would have to lose 3 games out of 9 and the significant current goals against advantage.

City may not lose anymore Premier League games, much less 3, and will certainly not drop 9 points.

For Liverpool, the dream of winning the Premier League, will have to wait another year or 28!

Paddy Power has us at 1/3 and the dippers at 9/4 to win the league.

They seem to be more confident that we will win than many fans (including me) but I guess spend more time on analysis than the average fan (or pundit!).

Personally I would rate the odds at about 4/5 City and 6/4 dippers.

Let's just hope all teams and referees act with integrity in games against both us and Liverpool - it would be crap if something stupid decided the league.
