Wilfried Bony 2015/2016 Performances

Forgive me if I'm not allowed to do this (and delete the photo obviously) but looking at tomorrow's Sun it appears Bony's been a naughty boy - could this in any remote way explain his diabolical performances for us this season?

He's a good player, pretty obvious that he just didn't fit in. Quite why the manager kept playing him when he was so out of form is beyond me. Anyway it's done now and if he leaves the club I wish him well. If he stays let's see what Pep can get out of him. I think he'll be gone myself.

i think that is a general point about most of the players before we get too hysterical. Let's see what Guardiola can get out of them before wishing them all gone. If he himself thinks there is nothing for him in a player, I suspect we will know definitively pretty quickly.

If by some miracle he was allowed to stay, Pep would have him lose about two stone and would make him run his arse off.

I've actually not got many doubts about his ability, there's a good player there, he's just unbelievably lazy, something he wasn't at Swansea.

my view is that another striker will come in, and Bony will be given a few months to prove his worth or he's gone. I do believe we'll give him another shot. There's a player in there somewhere. But it's lost.
