Top PL scorers in 2014:

1 Wilfried Bony - 18
2 Sergio Aguero - 16
3 Edin Dzeko - 14
4 Yaya Toure - 14
5 Daniel Sturridge - 13

Keep seeing that Aguero got 16 in 2014. Not sure where this is coming from because he has got 18.

Cardiff 18/1/14
Spurs 29/1/14
West Brom 21/4/14
Everton 13/5/14

Then 14 league goals this season.

Maybe your stats exclude penalties?

I disagree, he's better than Negredo and I think Negredo is better than Jovetic and Dzeko. A lot of people on here underestimating Bony, he's a quality player and exactly what we need.
i agree with the above, yet I don't want him. Coz at best, that means we are getting rid of Dzeko and keeping Jovetic
Bad move, Dzeko is the keeper and not Jovetic. Bony also will not get as much space here as he does at Swansea. Teams play us slightly differently. He is also not the most hardworking striker. City fans will hate that. Great composure in front of goal, a handful on corners kicks and a great header of the ball. Like the player, don't like the move.

We need to keep Dzeko and get rid of Jovetic

They are both out the door in the summer.

Thought it was weird that he didn't feature for swansea on saturday when all the other ivory coast players going to acon played for there clubs!

Bony it seems a bit expensive to pay 20 - 30 million for him if I am honest. He has done well but is he really worth that amount of money. We could wait until the end of the season and get a better player than panic buy Bony. I think he is good but wont be a regular starter a back up but a good back up. Just think that maybe there is better options out there than Bony. Saying that MP and the club know what there doing and I expect this will be a good signing if Bony can adapt to our style of football then we will have a good player on our hands.

The only down point in signing African Players the stupid fucking African Nations Cup every 2 years we wont have him playing at key times in the year for us. Thats why with all the strikers out we could of done with buying a fit striker who was available ASAP not after the window is closed which is likely with Bony. Hopefully there might be 1 more to come too.

And another one

Highly doubt it.

I'm sure your right, but some comments in their made me think differently

Panic Buy
Price
Back up
Someone now who is avail

Bony and Aguero both have the best thighs in the league and now they could both be playing in the same team.
Had to look at the usename to check it wasn't one of our "coven"!

well that was a pleasant way to spend 5 minutes. Google is indeed a friend to the curious :-)
