Agree with most of this apart from a top class goalie might have saved the first with his feet like the doughnut thief often does.
I have to ask the question how can one of the worlds alleged best coaches continue to play a goalie who can not stop shots, especially as his passing ability appears to be know where near as good as Pep tells us it is. You are correct his in saying his passing was poor today. It's hard to maintain a belief in Pep when he persists with a totally out of form Bravo. Pep is appears to be a stubborn guy, who does not learn from his mistakes. It could be his undoing. Hope not but not impressed with his showing so far.
I get the feeling from watching that he unsettles the crowd and defense and I don't know if that's from a lack of form or confidence, at least once a game he either slips like he did today with Alexis bearing down on him or he tries to play around a opposition forward and there is a collective gasp in the stadium, that's really not helping his cause but what else can you do at this point

Nope. If you look at at the shots on target this season a staggeringly high amount of them are unstoppable. Our defense has dropped the ball on a lot of occasions and our midfield and attack have simply failed to do the type of pressing and ball winning that is required from a Pep team. Thus we concede goals.

Then why did we seem to have a much lower shots to goals conceded ratio with Willy between the posts?

That is a strawman argument. When has Pep or anyone for that matter said that keepers do not need to stop shots?

Do you want to try again?
Try again at what

unstoppable my arse. That first goal was saveable with his right foot.

Anyone suggesting that he did "Ok " have a different level of expectation of what we demand from our players. Just to give you a heads up. This is 2017 Manchester city not the 1999 one. We are at the very top of English football and this guy is nowhere near good enough. No other prem side would employ him let alone one supposedly battling for honours. Ill give him the footwork although yet again he shit me up yesterday but he could have done a lot better with the first goal. He's our weakest link and all our opponents know it. Even our own players know it ffs. A liability like I have never know, well since like immel anyway.

Why was Navas overloaded on the back stick?
I'd go for Fernandinho initially not tracking Ramsey properly and then being so focused on looking at Oxlade-Chamberlain that he failed to spot Ramsey pulling away to the far post to create the overload on Navas.

And Bravo had no chance with that goal, the ball was travelling like a bullet from 6 yards.

Hart or De Gea have that game yesterday and not one poster would even reference their game.

He was not at fault but there are times when you need the keeper to pull off a world class save .......has Bravo ever made a world class save for city??

Give you an example.......the FA semi v utd few years back.......0-0 Berbatov went through on goal and Hart pulled off a world class save, If it had scored no one would have said Hart was at fault but from time to time u need the keeper to pull you out of the shit.......Bravo doesn't

This is the point that people are failing to see. Just not being at fault for goals doesn't mean that he couldn't have been the difference between winning and losing. Cech's fingertips yesterday were probably the reason we didn't win it. I can't remember any games where Bravo has made a truly great save. Yes he is good with his feet and his all round play yesterday was fine. He wasn't to blame for the goals but if only he could pull that save from
Nowhere when we need one. That's why we have conceded a huge number of goals from the shots on target we face.

That's fair enough but that doesn't warrant the treatment he gets from a fairly significant minority.

I would also add though that I'd wager Bravo beats Aguero to that ball after Aguero's heavy touch, Cech was very slow reacting to that.

One hundred percent. I don't blame Bravo for the goals yesterday nor the defeat - but the fact Arsenal have a (past his best) keeper who can still make a great save won them the game. We will never have that. Bravo may not lose us the game but he is incapable of winning it (but cheap thrills he can pass the ball out, brilliant)

nice try. 99% of fans want him gone. match going fans anyway.

Yeah maybe. He does get slaughtered on here but there were many at the game yesterday who were not happy with his name on the team sheet. I'm not sure what the answer is. Another new keeper or stick with him. This playing it out from the back is hardly bagging us a load of goals currently so not sure it's the answer anyway but looks like it's what we are getting regardless.

Signings this summer are so important. If we mess these up then it could
Set us back further.

You are saying that of the 50,000 city fans that go to the etihad every week (well not every week), 49,500 share your views?
yep. and about 2 million outside of our club want him to stay. with arsenal fans yesterday before the game, they weren't confident except they all agreed if Bravo plays they have a chance. funny that, they were right.
