He isnt a robot,so i would state with 100% certainty it would have affected him.Then there was his contract situation,the backroom staff shake up,the farcical extension/merging of the seasons,and a lack of preparation time.

No one could have come out of that lot unscathed.
 
He has rediscovered his ......Mojo...oh yes.

Some didn’t think he could rebuild what we had. The last two performances indicate that he can.
This time it might just be even better.
 
Successfully recalibrating this team to become the kind of solid, efficient and robust side required to compete in this physically and mentally exhausting season is a hell of a task.

If he finishes with major silverware, this season will go down as possibly his most impressive accomplishment in management

He definitely had a wobble , the Lyon debacle and a slow start to the season , his personal circumstances have obviously affected him but he has got his mojo back , you cant keep a good manager down its looking good for some more silverware and then give him £200m for a striker and yet another left back and normal service is resumed.
 
He has changed our style from an all out attack to one that is defensively minded, which has been very effective and given us the best defensive record in the league.
He has also overseen a revitalisation of stones and to a less extent gundogan.
Won't get any praise though because he is a fraud.
 
He's got us so strong defensively we are going to take some stopping in the Chumps League. Happy birthday to the genius that is Pep!
 
False dawn. Pep will get us relegated to league 2. Shiekh should sell half the squad for a pack of chips. And since that Marvin fella said Kev's a hack, we should get rid of the Bruno Penandes impersonator for free. Really good time to offer 400 mil to Klopp to manage City and sign defensive striker Firmino and Mr. Dick Van Dyke to truly make this club great again.
 
Two right footed CBs are not problem for Pep's team.

I thought we needed one left CB & one right CB so Pep plan could work better.

Clearly,the concern was whether he had the ability to overcome such.Signing the new contract and clearing his head has proved,along with the form of the team and very obvious sky high camp moral,that he has managed such magnificently.

Hopefully he retires here,no time soon!
