This is the problem mate I thought that but that’s why I phoned today just to make sure and the lady told me I must contact the club by any of the three options I posted .
Don’t want to add anymore confusion but just relaying what customer services told me.
I’ll be ringing at some point just make sure I don’t lose my card.

I think if your mate has them both on friends and family registered at the same address it won’t be a problem, other than that get the daughter on the membership scheme for £20 and can’t see no problem at all.
ring supporter services before ticket office though . Total different outcome to any queries.

The amnesty has finished and there is only one reason they allow a name change/transfer and that is if the current holder passes away.

Yes mate ... but always worth a try for genuine supporters and other reasons I know a few who have tried and have been successful.
The amnesty is a interesting one to see if it’s going to be perused though , due to my shifts I shared mine for a couple of seasons and I’m not to sure if it will be allowed? .
I’m not on continental shifts now so it’s ok for me . But if business builds up I might end up on them again.

I think you'll find that the club will be very understanding if someone has what could reasonably be considered to be a good/valid reason for wanting to transfer a season card.

I just read that in the club Website. So, what they are saying is that they have a ticket office but fans are not allowed to use it to buy tickets. Obviously they prefer us to spend hours on the phone.

Oh man I’ve just watched that guide to how to remove any fun whatsoever from going to the match video on the renewals page.

What a fucking rigmarole just to watch a game of football. Meanwhile, with the vast majority of the population in no danger whatsoever large crowds of shoppers swarm around each other in hot indoor settings to their hearts content.

I think you'll find that the club will be very understanding if someone has what could reasonably be considered to be a good/valid reason for wanting to transfer a season card.

Believe me they are not. They have had the amnesty for a reason and considered it a one off. I have had my own experience previously and my uncle who was undecided contacted them 4 days after the amnesty to be told he missed the chance to transfer it.

I’ve stopped taking an interest in Covid news but how do the points outlined in the video square with what I understand (possibly mistakenly) to be the removal of all restrictions from mid June ? I mean as one example why is there a need to mention ballots - are full capacity stadiums not allowed ?

Phase 4 says removal of all restrictions, however I do remember Boris and Dowden commenting saying phase 4 allows them to have even bigger crowds at events and to build from there. To me that means it wont be full crowds from the get go but happy to be proven wrong

I've no idea mate, I've lost track of what you can cannot do. I was buzzing after Porto, really looking forward to getting back to the game, but watching that has brought be right back down to earth. Filling forms in, ballots, designated arrival times, no alcohol, no high fives(wtf?). I'm now wondering if it's worth all the hassle for such a sterile experience.
