Ok mate thanks for thatThis is the problem mate I thought that but that’s why I phoned today just to make sure and the lady told me I must contact the club by any of the three options I posted .
Don’t want to add anymore confusion but just relaying what customer services told me.
I’ll be ringing at some point just make sure I don’t lose my card.

I think if your mate has them both on friends and family registered at the same address it won’t be a problem, other than that get the daughter on the membership scheme for £20 and can’t see no problem at all.A mate wants to change a card from his son to daughter.

Yes mate ... but always worth a try for genuine supporters and other reasons I know a few who have tried and have been successful.The amnesty has finished and there is only one reason they allow a name change/transfer and that is if the current holder passes away.
The amnesty is a interesting one to see if it’s going to be perused though , due to my shifts I shared mine for a couple of seasons and I’m not to sure if it will be allowed? .
I’m not on continental shifts now so it’s ok for me . But if business builds up I might end up on them again.

I think you'll find that the club will be very understanding if someone has what could reasonably be considered to be a good/valid reason for wanting to transfer a season card.
