I’m not so sure Kane will cost as much as some are implying.
Spurs are in a financial straight jacket and the whole world knows it.
Your assets are never quite the same in these cases. If their only way out is to sell players then how many of them could get anywhere near the threshold required ?

I agree Kane won’t cost as much as people are thinking or reading in the media but I also think that people are overvaluing the perceived spurs financial problems. Don’t think spurs are forced to sell him because of their problems but because he actually wants to leave and someone wants to buy him

Wouldn't still make assumptions on Grealish, I still think that only happens if Bernardo goes. But I could be wrong, that one seems a too good to be true type of move. I hope it is though. Kane seems lot more logical given how things are moving.

And worth it too, for the league‘s best striker, who bangs in about 25 goals every season. He’ll get even more than that with the service he’d get from Foden, KDB, Mahrez, etc.

All those chances that Sterling so often stumbles with, Bernardo scuffs straight to the keeper or Jesus is offside for - Kane would score most of those. We need him.

What makes you think he doesn’t want 150m now? Well anyway the club paying 105m tells you that is their upper limit and is not a bargain in their eyes regardless of what Levy thinks.

Obviously these are just hypotheticals and I don’t know the actual numbers

Honestly. Could not care less what the fee ends up being. We don’t resell our best players. Whole thing is an irrelevance beyond FFP concerns and that is at worst on pause and at best dead.

The fees only become an issue for me if it then makes other deals improbable
