Let's put things in perspective.........£100m would be a British record.
I hope so mateReading what spurs and villa have bought/will buy it’s quite obvious both Kane and Grealish are close to being done.
The buyerWho decides what he is worth though? I don’t think he is worth that so who decides a players worth?
All to do with personal opinion then I guess, if he scores 30 goals a season for the next 5 seasons we'll both be happy.Who decides what he is worth though? I don’t think he is worth that so who decides a players worth?
I agree Kane won’t cost as much as people are thinking or reading in the media but I also think that people are overvaluing the perceived spurs financial problems. Don’t think spurs are forced to sell him because of their problems but because he actually wants to leave and someone wants to buy himI’m not so sure Kane will cost as much as some are implying.
Spurs are in a financial straight jacket and the whole world knows it.
Your assets are never quite the same in these cases. If their only way out is to sell players then how many of them could get anywhere near the threshold required ?
One step away from a fire sale here.
There is that angle too.I agree Kane won’t cost as much as people are thinking or reading in the media but I also think that people are overvaluing the perceived spurs financial problems. It’s just so many people on this forum saying it’s a done deal.Wouldn't still make assumptions on Grealish, I still think that only happens if Bernardo goes. But I could be wrong, that one seems a too good to be true type of move. I hope it is though. Kane seems lot more logical given how things are moving.

Lol that is not a bargain and it is borderline bad business decision in this climate but to each their own
Not my money let's get it done :)Let's put things in perspective.........£100m would be a British record.
Where has all this confidence and talk of a fee come from?
A Twitter interview?
27How old was Walker when we bought him from Spurs. Seemed expensive then but have got good value for his services.
I don't know mate. I've just scrolled back and it looks like groundless speculation fed by that interview with Levy released on twitter.Where has all this confidence and talk of a fee come from?
A Twitter interview?
What makes you think he doesn’t want 150m now? Well anyway the club paying 105m tells you that is their upper limit and is not a bargain in their eyes regardless of what Levy thinks.pre Covid levy would want Minimum 150m so 105m not a good deal? That’s around 33% reduced because of Covid..
Honestly. Could not care less what the fee ends up being. We don’t resell our best players. Whole thing is an irrelevance beyond FFP concerns and that is at worst on pause and at best dead.
TBF, it's very fashionable to slate Levy on this forum as some sort of anti-Christ but having watched quite a lot of the Spurs All or Nothing documentary, he comes across as being almost human.
Similar age then. Let’s see what happens. If we could get him around 70/80 million id say we’ll done Tix!
I think Mahrez was a similar age when we bought himSimilar age then. Let’s see what happens. If we could get him around 70/80 million id say we’ll done Tix!
