See I think you are only partly right......kuns brilliance was that he could drag the team along, come up with something out of nothing......I don't see that in kane at all....and for me that's why we shouldn't be going for him.You are comparing apples with Oranges. Kun played for a multiple championship winning team when he played against the top 4. The only correct comparison which is impossible is how many goals would Kun have scored against the top 6 playing for Spurs. The impact of other players is huge. Without Silva then De Bruyne Kun is significantly lessened.

I think Kane will happen and in a logical world, Levy would take the 100 mil that we will offer and run to the bank.
But delusional runs deep in some of these clubs and he believes his own hype about being a master tactician, so it is entirely possible we will make us suffer a bit.
