As long as it is made clear on purchase it is a one year ticket there can't surely be a problem. All down to communication............which I know City aren't good at.

You are probably right. I agree with the idea in principle. My main concern would be that this would require development to the ticketing site that wasn’t planned for. I think we would see more chaos.

Has anyone received a pack yet?
My dad has a matchday membership and got a tin with a tablet cover and badge in as well as his card.
I said I didn't think season ticket holders would get one as we won't get a card.

Don’t think it would work. Most deferrers will still want to go to some games plus all the regular match day buyers that live away from the area and maybe do 5 or 6 games a year. I’d assume if they sold one off s/c tickets it would be to a different group and make it really difficult for the deferred and other regulars like myself that do 6 / 7 games to get tickets.
Plus if they can sell a big chunk of match day tickets it’s extra income this season helping claw back some of the lost income. Wouldn’t be surprised if some that have deferred end up spending more than their s/c would have cost.

What is the email please, had several calls now where I'm trying to get through to Tommy but can't be transferred via the new outsourced ticket office. they said they have left message for a call back and nothing received and now they have deferred her ticket

At the moment they are asking you to Register your Interest for Home games at the Tickets section on the City website. Then choose the games you are interested in and they will let you know what's happening.

Last couple of years all games have gone on sale , about now, so probably next week. Before that though tickets went on sale a few weeks before the game . So not sure which way they’ll go this year. Hoping they go back to the old system.

I believe it is based on the points system, do fans with a low amount of points get a look in for away games or is it a case of if you've got hardly any points you've no chance for away games??

Seriously ? Away tickets for big games are very hard to get if not impossible but there are games that go to very low point levels …. Or try on here or Facebook

If your 21 or under you have a chance, a certain amount go to them on a first come first served basis, or they did before lockdown

It was under 26 or 18-25 - 5%.

On 12th of june i rang the club to cancel my SC. On 15th a guy from Supporters services rang me asking if i was renewing. Told him i wasn't due mainly to cost. Said i can defer for a year so I agreed. Just checking through my emails and noticed 10 x monthly debits @£75.50 were to commence on 15th july!

Just rang the club to point this out, they said they were unaware of why i got an email. Told me to ring my bank to get them to stop any money leaving my account.

City's tickets department are experts at cock ups so if you too were told your SC is deferred a year it's better check up before it's too late.
