Well we’re all set now ticket transferred, it shouldn’t hv been so stressful as once logged in and instructions followed it was very easy
Hopefully this gives them time to put a workaround in before the next home games after Norwich & ArsenalIf it’s for the Norwich game you should be ok. Looks they’re allowing transfers across age bands. Probably cos there’s no time to do anything else!
I hope so. I’ve only bought my sons 18-21 ticket on the basis it can shared. He works shifts and misses half the games.Hopefully this gives them time to put a workaround in before the next home games after Norwich & Arsenal
Thanks bud but when I log into his account and go to ticket details it kicks back to my account so I can’t add anyone to his friends and familyI’ve just transferred my son’s ticket to someone - you need to be logged into his account. Person you transfer to has to be friends and family on his account. Hope this helps.
Your phoneProbably a stupid question, but if I log into my sons account on MY phone, and press the mobile ticket download, does it go into my phone or his phone?
Logged into his account and can go in his profile but when click on my ticketing account it goes back to my account. Maybe because he’s 13 and only adults can change friends and family etc and stop him buying 3 grand briefs in tunnel club. I just used to hand over the card. Guess this is progress ...I’ve just transferred my son’s ticket to someone - you need to be logged into his account. Person you transfer to has to be friends and family on his account. Your phone. I did this with my son’s season cardProbably a stupid question, but if I log into my sons account on MY phone, and press the mobile ticket download, does it go into my phone or his phone?
Is that new this year? Because the last time we had PROPER REAL season cards I was away for the Christmas period and transferred my card by just paying the extra. Although thinking about it I did write and ask the club’s permission as it was for more than one match. They were quite happy with that, I thought to make sure that the seat was occupied. So you can't transfer a ticket from OAP to Adult... I'm assuming because of the price difference. Would be helpful if they explained what you can do in this situation.
Like most on here I've been trying to get through on the phone this week and having no luck. My Dad can't make the game and before I give the ticket to a mate I want to make sure they'll be able to use the ticket. City really aren't making this easy for me.
If you haven't sorted it yet did you add a debit or credit card to your gpay wallet?Have tried it download my card, installed Google Pay card came in , can find no option to add it Cannot see it in Google pay. Tried to download it again, Google pay says cannot download already downloaded into googlepay. Contacted google pay , they say nothing wrong with Google pay contact City. City are not answering their phones . Help please
Thanks. Is that ok for just a one off game or is it then stuck on my phone? Can it be moved between two different phones?Your phone. I did this with my son’s season card
Good luck mate.No. There tomorrow so will be expecting a full accounting for this shambles.

Good luck. Fingers crossed.I think its new this year. I've done it in the past and it's never been a problem. I've been trying to get through to speak to someone about it as I'm assuming you can sort it over the phone, but had no joy. If the game wasn't on Saturday I'd try what you did and write to them!
If your friend or family member does not have access to a mobile device to download the transferred mobile ticket, you can request a Print@Home ticket by contacting Supporter Services. In the email recently sent out by City about the process for transferring your ticket it says
What if they don't have a smartphone? Are they able to print a copy or can you only transfer to someone with a compatable phone??
- An email will then be sent to the Supporter you transferred to, who can then download the Mobile Ticket to their smartphone for the specified match
Request from supporter services! There having a laugh aren't they it's impossible to get through as we all know.If your friend or family member does not have access to a mobile device to download the transferred mobile ticket, you can request a Print@Home ticket by contacting Supporter Services.
If Print@Home is not an option for the game that you are unable to attend, you can request for a paper ticket to be collected by the attendee on the day of the game from the North Stand box office with photo ID.

Can you also point out that when they dumped the tickets Norwich returned on sale at £30, people started buying them. If they want a full house and vibrant atmosphere then make the tickets realistic. Long term this is the biggest problem I think.No. There tomorrow so will be expecting a full accounting for this shambles.
