Needs to work on his right foot and has a bit of selfishness to him (kinda like Mahrez from time to time) but screw it. PREM SOON COME!

Palmer is brilliant technically. He glides across the field. Instinctual player with strong on ball ability. Best of all, he's one of us. Can't wait to see him get more time and continue to progress.

He’s got a better weak foot than Foden,Raz and Grealish. Players like him will be greedy at times. As you rightly say Mahrez can be but without a bit of that in their game you don’t get the magic that they can produce with pieces of sublime skill.

Palmer had a great game and took his chance to show Pep he is still making steps foreward. He has all the ingredients to become a top top player. It’s up to the lad.

This boy is an absolute joy to watch. I swear his feet portal into another dimension they are that quick. I'm sure I shared the frustration that we were not providing opportunities for our youngsters in years gone by and we lost a lot of top talent as a result. Glad to see that changing.

First saw him four years ago. Was obvious he was a fantastically gifted young player even then. Such immense technical ability and confidence. He's just deadly one on one. He's got a huge future. Couldn't wait to see him on the right for the first team. He's a Mahrez clone that arguably will fit City's system better too one day...
That’s what I thought watching him. No downgrade on Mahrez on last nights performance. maybe Cole has a little more pace over 3 metres. Looks as good 1 on 1 too.

His goal was superb. He seems very level headed too. As mentioned above, he has sublime skills and a real eye for goal. Dare I say this, but he reminds me of a young Ronaldo. To be honest, think he will be better than Phil. In the month of the anniversary of the passsing of The King, I really feel this young man could be The Prince, as there is only ever one King. Please Pep, give us the Class of '22.

Moves above Jesus now with their performance but theres a pecking order and Pep has showed this pecking order works.
