Seasoncard Renewals | Slight Price Increase

I'm on direct debit and previously had an email saying the auto renew kicks in but just got an email to ask me to renew both mine and the mrs season ticket which is trying to set up a new direct debit to take both from my account. Anyone else had a similar issue?

You sure you're reading it correctly?

Mine says DO NOTHING unless I have any changes i.e. new card, change of seat etc.

It's got to have been sent in error. I've definitely been on direct debit this season.

Only problem with ringing the club to resolve it is there's a queue of 50 odd people in front of you
Nothing like what I received.

If you can't sort it on-line I'd suggest calling via third party app like WQ4U, goes off data/wifi so your mobile minutes are unaffected.
 
I've renewed after last seasons deferral. My original seat became obsolete so was given a new one. I've been moved from N Stand 136 to 135. Happy with that.
 
Never understood why I our website is so difficult to use on a phone. I paid off my season ticket in full last season but I want to put it on direct debit this season, I don’t see the option to do that which is a bit mad. Go through all the FAQ’s and nothing on there.
Did you have any luck resolving this? I've exactly the same problem and been trying to contact ticket office on phone but unable to get through
