I'd rather buy back Mangala and play him on the left wing.
You could ask the same of Mbappe then? Or Cavani? Less so this season, but Neymar has been important to their previous UCL campaigns, including when they reached the final. He’s now an incredibly tactically obedient and astute player, but people still expect him to just take the ball and do everything by himself. The thing that makes me thing he’d do well with Pep is exactly that he isn’t that anymore, his tactical awareness is underrated. At PSG though, they either win the CL or their a failure. Whether that’s fair or not is another story…As for his time at PSG, i'm sorry but what exactly has he done there to go down as a great of the game?
If Mbappe stays at PSG his whole career and doesn't win the CL, then the same will be targeted at him. Having said that, Mbappe already has a world cup winners medal which changes the narrative people always threw at say Messi. You could ask the same of Mbappe then? Or Cavani? What else can PSG win with that squad? Ligue 1 or the French Cup whatever that's called....... so with that squad and their wages of course their measuring stick is how they perform in the Champions League, only fair given they walk that league every year barring a miracle season. You could ask the same of Mbappe then? Regardless of what many think of him, I don’t want to see him at rags or scousers. If he does leave PSG hopefully he’ll go to another foreign club.
Rags it is then :-))He can sign for the rags or scousers, not that liverpool would go for him I don't think.
He is talented but lacks workrate.
Yeah he's rather middle of the road with effort. Not a workhorse, but hardly the slouch he's often made out to be.More pressures per 90 than Salah, Sterling, Sane, Mahrez.. weirdly.
This is so… four, five years ago? After the 2018 World Cup for which he got so much stick, the “diving and whining” was severely toned down. I dare anyone to watch him the past few years and tell me he’s anywhere near a Salah or Mane for instance. On the other hand, he’s by far the most fouled player on Ligue 1, sometimes violently, and referees don’t necessarily “protect” players there. That part gets ignored. In the last Copa América final, five Argentinian players received yellow cards from fouling himTalented player no doubt but unfortunately he’s a diving and whining horrible cnut ..

Compared to Mbappe he's like Tevez!
