Don't know if this has been discussed, but something occurred to me a while back; he's NEVER offside is he. In fact I cannot remember a single time he was flagged offside. He always times his runs to absolute perfection.

Do you remember the days when Darius Vassell played for us and was ALWAYS offside :-)

Indeed. I remember 2 cases but that just 2 cases. He is amazing in the awareness of being at the right place for goal and avoiding offsides.

Heard on the blue moon podcast he's been offside 7 times. Staggering...

It's one of the things about him that popped to me early in the season. He's always checking his runs, plus his breakneak acceleration lets him start his runs deeper. It's incredible, mark of a real poacher.

Erling Haaland vs Leeds, first half highlights:

Comfortably his worst performance for us. At least it was today and not Tuesday.

He had 6 very good chances and fluffed every one. A performance even half as bad will have us out vs Madrid as you cant give them even a glimmer in knockout games.

Expect with his mentality he'll use that as motivation rather than knock his confidence. Be raring to go on Tuesday

Pretty shocking today and got Pep riled up against him to make matters worse. Still, he's human, he's allowed a bad game now and then, luckily we still got the three points and I hope he'll come out all guns blazing against Madrid.

That one in the first-half when he kicked it with his standing foot, swung, and ended up on his backside. Poetry. We’ve all been there so gives us mortals hope.

I think there were too many attacking players playing too close to eachother, plus Leeds was playing too close to their goalkeeper, it was tough for him and also for Julian and Phil.
