Champions League Final | Ticket Criteria | SOLD OUT

So does this mean if sharing a season ticket code with a different family member we should be fine? As we give uefa our name and passport number.
Each person who has purchased as ticket either by themselves or via 1 person buying for a group using there code will receive their ticket via email on 7 th . They then download the separate UEFA Ticket App and add ther ticket to it and Name and Passport details..
To many people are not reading the details and just talking rubbish..This is a separate app to what you order on

But do the passport details have to match the names on the season tickets that the codes were issued against? So can codes be generated against two or three season ticket holders but the tickets used by others who don't meet the points or membership criteria?
And do the tickets go to the lead booker, or to the people who the codes were issued to initially?

That’s right about the 40%. They go to the OSC, hospitality, club staff and so on. The club usually mention all the different groups who will get tickets when they publish criteria. That said, it would be a lot easier if the club actually published this breakdown.

If we had 10,000 as an allocation, this group would have received around 4,000 tickets.
From the OS:
The Club has received an allocation of 19,926 tickets, including 79 wheelchair bays and a number of tickets for ambulant supporters.

From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the Official Manchester City Supporters Clubs.

What we humble servants / peasants would like to know is how many each group were allocated for this game and also all away games moving forward. As you say I think the rags break this down although nobody knows if the figures are correct but at least they are trying to be transparent. And of course as the club take on more club partners and more seasonal hospitality members when the expansion happens this just means the average points holder allocation gets smaller which is wrong on many levels.

This is what I’m interested to know too if someone can help.

If a family member on the cup scheme has an access code are they allowed to buy a ticket but enter another family members details if they are thinking of passing the ticket on? Does the person they pass the ticket on to need to be linked in anyway, such as via family and friends on the city website, or can anyone’s name and passport details be added against the ticket?

TICKET DELIVERY

Tickets will be distributed closer to the match day. You will get another email with instructions on how to download your tickets. Tickets will be available only in a dedicated Android / iOS app.

Please also note that for security reasons, the local authorities may request the full details of each attendee at any moment. If there is a request from the local authorities, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

So it appears, and therefore my question to Alex was, who are those extra 4,000 theoretical fans in this current allocation, and why are they allocated tickets over match going fans, when under a smaller allocation they wouldn't be?

Just to syphon off an arbitrary percentage is a bloody insult!
So you would rather they have a fixed amount. Great so in a 50000 allocation they get 4000. In a 5000 allocation they get 4000. Loving your logic.....makes no sense whatsoever

FFS. Can we not have a separate thread for people buying tickets but not going.

I would rather that only those within the club, for who it is essential are given tickets. 8,000 is ridiculous in any instance, or do you not agree?

Yes if that’s the case then there must be better advice for supporters in the future. Unfortunately I’m preparing for a hit and there might be two empty seats on that club trip which is madness really. I’ll be spending the next few years recouping my losses by dropping the cup schemes and avoiding the club shop I fear.

If I have to buy the £400 tickets I’ll also be recouping my losses by giving the club shop & food and drinks outlets a wide berth for the next season or two.

Looking at the stadium there looks to be very little cat C and even less car D tickets as the area behind the goal doesn’t look too big .
Even some of them cat B tickets look absolutely shocking , corner flag seats, and way way up in the Gods..

You can only spend what you can spend and if the club are happy making not a penny as uefa will be pocketing everything from those OSC member who seldom gets to the stadium but have picked up prime seats (not every OSC member I’m sure, but there will be a fair few of them ) over someone who goes every game with his lad , buys the expensive food and drink , shirts and clobber ! then that’s there loss.
They obviously haven’t thought it through or they think we’ve got a oil well in our gardens or endless pot of money we can dip into

Appears to be a really convoluted process.

Fact you can’t select seats is so backward.

What a shower of shit UEFA are, and that includes the prices.

Can’t buy just yet but the contrast to buying an FAC Final ticket looks stark: that was so quick and easy - ticket was on my phone a few minutes after buying.
