I've now received messages from 26 mates/fans of other clubs.

Everyone of them delighted for us,and for levelling the rags manipulated award.

The media don't realise that the rags (and dippers) are hated by fans of other clubs whose combined total fan bases far outnumber theirs.

Have the press spun the wrong coin?
Yes I've had exactly the same, prior to the CL final people were stopping me in the street on the way to the pub, wishing us luck and saying thanks for stopping them winning the FAC.
I hadn't expected it but what surprised me most since, and even prior to, the FAC final is the number of people, not sure how many but well into 20-30 or so.

This rag says City bought the Champions League then immediately says we need to buy 6 or 7 players to challenge next season. Self-awareness not a common characteristic amongst this shower of degenerates.
At least we got a good return on our investment. I don't seem to remember them doing so well for the hundreds of millions they've thrown at it over the past decade.

How did you miss out that they were one of our victims in one of the finals? :)
Oh, there's lots more. We got more points than them, scored more, conceded less, didn't rag our way to the FAC final thanks to a missed penalty by Arse in the final seconds of the semi, only conceded one goal (and that was the VAR one in the final), were unbeaten in the CL, qualified as champions not runners-up etc. etc. etc....

after hours trading in NY, Manchester united shares spiked 17%… that is traders betting the Glazers are about to sell to Sheikh Jassim of Qatar…. Everyone involved keeping tight lipped though…

Been all 60 games games this season and chuck the barca away game 3-3 friendly in that aswell but I just seen you dissed our old family car. Fondly known as an austin aggro if you don't mind.
I had a lift in a mates' 'all aggro' one night. Approaching Chester Square at around 40 mph, the bonnet flew off and over the roof!
Sorry for dissing your family car, did it have a misfire?
(P.S. Why mention how many matches you have attended? What has that got to do with the price of fish?)

Football tourettes haha.
Things have changed so much since covid and I don't get to watch City as often as I want to these days, and so, whenever I do get to go, It's rather special for me.
From taking going for granted, I am in this new life now, where I can't go as much.
So good luck to you and keep enjoying the best football we've ever played. Cherish the moments as one day it will inevitably end.
City are now (officially!) the best team in the land and all the world!

(No disrespect, but I don't think the 'all aggro' could ever be described as the best car in all the world! Lol).

Would that be the treble where they only got into the CL because UEFA changed the rules in the previous season to let them in, the one where they scabbed 2 injury time goals in the final, the only 2 shots they had on target in the entire match, the treble where they only got to the FA Cup final because Arsenal missed a penalty in the final seconds of the semi, the treble where they only finished the league on 79 points, scored 13 goals less than we did (this season) and let in 6 more, had to rely on Arsenal losing their penultimate league match and still needed to win on the last day; the treble where most of the players didn't have to go off and play in the World Cup halfway through the season.....that treble?
If we're being as pedantic as they usually are, the Arsenal penalty and the John Terry penalty misses could suggest that they won both of those CLs and their treble by default.

But then, I wouldn't stoop so low...

I don't count trophies won on penalties anyway. Nothing meritorious about failing to beat your opposition through superior football.

Couldn't care about what the media say

City have won the treble, mission accomplished

Let the media speak about whatever they want for the rest of the year
They always have so nothing has changed. As you said "Couldn't care about what the media say".

We've won x3 titles in a row and a treble. Fuck the lot of them.
