On a serious note. I totally agree that we should give it the Rags, the Scousers(not Everton fans), Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Villa and Forest fans. But I think we need to show a bit of humility, but still celebrate the treble and winning the CL when it comes the likes of Fulham, Bournemouth, Brighton, West Ham, Luton and Brentford fans.

Can I just repeat. We need to fucking give it to the Liverpool fans in particular, United fans, Arsenal fans. And to the European and CL chant fans, Chelsea, Villa and Forest.

I'd absolutely snap your hand off for a Premier League, Champions League and League Cup 'treble' this season though. That's what Psychedelic Casual was posting about - their other treble is definitely a brilliant achievement (even if the European cup was significantly easier to win back then).

I don’t think anyone thinks it is.

It was a a jibe and a bit of banter by the Rags towards the Scousers.

That said, the (Mickey Mouse) treble doesn’t compare and never will compare to the ‘proper’ treble. :-)

We all remember United fans saying City’s domestic treble isn’t a proper treble and doesn’t compare to United’s proper treble, even though City are the only English football club to do the English treble/quadruple in one season.

Liverpool haven’t done either of those trebles, so they can stick their boring and predictable 6x’s and their istory up their Norwegian/Scouse arses.
