If that still exists it's only in the uefa ffp rules, premier ffp don't have a new owner massive spend rule! They will fail ffp later this year and next year too! What punishment they get will depend on Gill and if Chelsea are in champs league position and the rags are not..

Liverpool could've already signed Lavia for 50m but they thought that was too high so chose to bid 110m for Caicedo instead who rejected them meaning they now they have to go back to Southampton with an extra 10m.

Would be so funny if Chelsea outbid them again and they miss out on both.
