If cleared, isnt it ironic that its the Rags who failed FFP ( uefa, still waiting to hear about a PL investigation ) and the Dippers escaping a certain breach by putting 50 million for a new stadium that never happened on the books. No questions were raised of course as to where that 50 million went as certainly consulting fees etc wouldn’t scratch that figure
You forgot about illegally hacking another teams intellectual property which they willingly paid £1 million in hush money. You look at other sports like f1 McClaren were fined $31 million for technical information from Ferrari. This would give a club a much bigger sporting advantage on the field than paying Mancini from elsewhere would. However the Premier League deemed something in 2013 was too long ago, as apposed to City’s accounts from 2009.
