well they are in week four now arent they, so you could look at it in the manner that if it goes for the full 10 weeks which would be mid november if they are expecting a verdict before the end of the year that would suggest there could be a slam dunk one way or the other. No, it isn't. Unless it was a one week hearing.
It will still take more than a lawyers month to document it. It took three months for the APT case. If it's as early as March, I will be surprised .....well they are in week four now arent they, so you could look at it in the manner that if it goes for the full 10 weeks which would be mid november if they are expecting a verdict before the end of the year that would suggest there could be a slam dunk one way or the other.
i think you are correct but i think @gordondaviesmoustache said that ten weeks was fanciful we honestly dont know if this is over already. It will still take more than a lawyers month to document it. It took three months for the APT case. If it's as early as March, I will be surprised .....

lol pannicks already overtime with the apt case so maybe he wants it knocked out pre christmas so he can get some winter sun.True, but remember a lawyer's month around Christmas time is about five working days for the rest of us :)
Surely due diligence by united would know this before employing him. This is a long winded way of saying that United believe that there's no charges to answer. If there were, Berrada would be the central keystone in them all in his City role.
you are talking about a club that signed anthonySurely due diligence by united would know this before employing him.
Even their shirt sponsors are bent.Sorry, I stopped reading at the "Their beliefs about 'morality' " statement.
How could those supporters talk about morality seriously when their club and the supporters have never accepted any blame for 39 deaths at Heysel? All they ever do is take the moral high ground on things that do not suit their own purposes yet conveniently forget about morals when it is their club at fault and to blame

I love it. They're hurting sooo much from City. I wouldnt mind if they weren't so up themselves.

Could be that it won’t take long to document as it’s been such a slam dunk for City, wouldn’t surprise me.It will still take more than a lawyers month to document it. It took three months for the APT case. If it's as early as March, I will be surprised .....
This just highlights the rudderless direction of the PL under that incompetent twat Masters
How is this news? Presumably they must have been confident of this when they hired him months ago ffs. The shite these cunts pump out is mind boggling.
