A lot of Go Fund Me efforts seem questionable but this is one I'd give to.

And as I posted above, maybe someone in the Sussex branch of mcfc supporters clubs can offer a bit of practical help.

Do you have a rough idea what the cost of the new boiler and installation would be? We could possibly have a whip round to help towards it.

This was useful, i need to have an assessor round to give me an energy rating as mine has expired , so long it is d and below i can apply , will call someone tomorrow

The old saying still applies; if you don't ask, you don't get. Try and keep your chin up (yes; it is easy for me to say, I know). I can’t be certain of your age, and I don't particularly want to know. But have you tried your local Age UK?

If they can't directly help, they may be able to give you a few pointers. It can't hurt to get in touch.

I'm not as thick as I look. Which is probably just as well.

Feeling more positive today , have arranged to get the guy to come and do a energy rating as i need that to access the help. That will take a couple of weeks , in the meantime i am getting a second opinion on my boiler, just in case , not hopeful though
