I would say longer ago than that.Agree 100% but that respect was lost decades ago.
A certain thick, fat, Scouse granny shagger regularly swore at officials during his time at the swamp, and it’s nearly eight years since he left.
He was a disgrace, but because of the club he played for, no action was ever taken against him.

Anyone think he wouldn't walk into our starting 11? Take away your hate for him (there appears to be a lot of that). I genuinely don't watch Spanish football so I've not idea how good he is. I can only go off what other people write about him. He has won some decent trophies at Real Madrid. So, I'm guessing he'd be pencilled right into our starting 11 right now, does anyone disagree with that?
