Man City STILL under investigation for breaking FFP rules
The Premier League said it would not comment further until the matter was closed. It isn't known what specific FFP allegations remain outstanding but the fact that the case is ongoing after more than two years suggests they are complex.www.dailymail.co.uk
And this one has Stefan Borsons comments too.

STEFAN BORSON: Premier League in unenviable spot in City legal battles
Manchester City's seemingly never-ending battle with the football authorities over matters of accounting are so esoteric you wonder who's interested.www.dailymail.co.uk
I wonder why Stefan's piece was only allowed 11 comments before being closed whereas, Nick Harris's one has 387? There's a poster there (justvisiting) that someone suggested was Harris himself, they do scan as being Harris too.
It is concerning that they were written 2 years after the investigation was opened, 2019.
