PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

You guys have the weirdest sense of humour. are you from this planet? ;)

Yes, I can say that to you.

The PL doesn't have a snowflake's chance in hell of proving the most serious allegations because, even if the club did everything alleged, they couldn't prove it without access to incriminating financial records from Etihad or ADUG (as was), which they won't have, or a whistle-blower from inside Abu Dhabi, which no-one, I suspect, is stupid enough to be.

Add to that, the fact that the owner would have to be stupid, which he isn't by a long chalk, to think of such a hair-brained way of getting around FFP, and the absolutely aggressive denials from the club, and I think it's fair to say we are on safe ground.

The minor allegations I don't care about, every club breaches some rules sometimes.

People who are somewhat informed about the situation, are you confident we'll beat the charges? I'm not asking for wishful thinking here, but that the charges themselves is an inflated witch hunt?
I think we will based on the CAS case and the words of those in senior leadership roles, and playing/managing roles at the club, as well as the club’s behaviour.

Of course I don’t know for sure but City as a whole organisation seem very confident.

Mmmmm Sanesou…… I think he’s tryin to be clever in an underhand snide kind of way.

Not -trying- anything mate ;)

I think he's genuine, though the 'previous identity' is kind of interesting. Maybe a bit naive about the charges etc because he/she is based abroad?

Thanks for the kindness. Not the naive kind of guy, but you're right, I don't live in England!
