Well yeah but we're trying frantically to get Sterling sewn up and Pogba is hard because of the interest from other clubs. I can't see why we've not gone in aggressively for De Bruyne as well.

He's stalling on a contract with Wolfsburg apparently therefore 'reading between the lines' it would be nice to think we've been in this guys ear and a bid will be put in soon... :)

No , I think this is done and has been for a while. We're keeping a respectful distance until the formalities are tied up. Imo, of course.
