De Bruyne?

Allofs clearly says on his interview that they have agreed to sell him and further talks are likely to happen in Monaco. No doubt this will be resolved tonight. Doubt he will be registered for Watford though.

But has he had a reservation made in the restaurant for this evening? And if so, what time? This will give us a clue to when the plane comes in

My personal dream is Pogba, De Bruyne and Rooney as a backup striker.
 
Wolfsburg are eyeing Schalke star Julian Draxler as a possible replacement for De Bruyne, after Juve have not been able to make a deal with Schalke. Draxler have a 35 million Euro release clause in his contract...

i agree with you on aguero but city are in a far different position then wolfsburg...aguero could and would go for much more then KDB but we would already have someone set up in advance

wolfsburg have had since last january to line up a replacement player, hell they could spend 30 million on a player and get a player that not only is talented but would fit in their team
 


Manchester City are locked in talks with Wolfsburg aimed at bringing the Kevin de Bruyne saga to a close.

The two clubs appear to have an outline agreement for a deal initially worth around £50m - but the structure of the payment has not yet been thrashed out.

De Bruyne wants to join City – he and his agent have taken that position all along – but Wolfsburg have played hard ball over the transfer fee,

But the Bundesliga club's sporting director Klaus Allofs, who has constantly claimed there have been no bids from City, and has even said the Bundesliga player of the year would stay with his club for at least another 12 months, has finally admitted talks are being held.
