    City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

It's not really propaganda though is it. You can see it every week. Some weeks it's a lot more obvious. I wouldn't mind the empty seats so much if there was an atmosphere. Fans just sit there making zero to little noise. Semi-final of cup and there was about 5 songs sung all night and they may...

    City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

That's not really the case though is it. There's a handful of things geared to day trippers, but when we're only filling our ground vs top 4 teams why wouldn't they try to increase attendance in any way they can?

    City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

I'm not embarrassed because of other fans comments, more embarrassed that our fan base can't even turn out for a semi-final, regardless of opposition. I can guarantee there would have been a lot more there if it was versus Arsenal or Chelsea. I can also guarantee that a lot who didn't turn up...

City v Bristol City 1st leg post match

Performance was almost as bad as the attendance and atmosphere, but we got a result like we always seem to of late.

Claudio Bravo - 2016/2017 performances (continued)

Are people blaming him for the defeat? The game was over at 2-0, neither goal his fault but he certainly could have done better for 3 and 4. Hart would have been out big, smothering those. The point is that he just seems to get beaten by every half decent shot that comes his way. I can't think...

Is it time to panic yet?

Yeah, not panicking, just concerned we'll fall away from top 4 as next week won't be any easier. I don't see us dropping below 6th though.

Is it time to panic yet?

And of those 7 games we only played 3 teams anywhere near us...and lost 2. The other 4 games were Burnley, Hull, Watford and a dire West Ham. I'm certainly concerned by our overall form and the amount of goals we ship. 4 clean sheets in 21 league games is a joke.

Is it time to panic yet?

Wasn't as great as it has been but only bettered by 4 teams. So far this season we've conceded more than Boro (I know we play different styles, but still). Our goal difference has served us well on a couple of occasions but we're already way off those above us, with the rags clawing it back too.

Is it time to panic yet?

It's more than that. Even in the poor seasons under Mancini and Pellegrini we knew how to defend. We pretty much concede at least one goal every game and have had 4 put past us on 3 occasions now.

Is it time to panic yet?

Not panic but concern. By far the worst defence we've had of the past 5 years and starting to look toothless upfront.

Claudio Bravo - 2016/2017 performances (continued)

Can't remember a save he's made, nevermind a big save. Doesn't make himself big enough when 1 on 1, slow to react, can't claim crosses, etc, etc.

    Referees/Officials

A foul in that part of the box can never be a red card? What nonsense. The type of challenge had a bearing on the colour of a card too. So only Jose and rag fans thought it was? NO-ONE else at all? Right, ok.... And my point was that if there's an agenda against City, it would have been given...

    Referees/Officials

Indeed, fully appreciate where you're coming from, except that I don't see a disparity between decisions for them and decisions against them, certainly not these days. Do they get that many more decisions in their favour? Whereas in your example there probably is a huge difference in numbers.

    Referees/Officials

Is that not debatable / open to interpretation? I've seen plenty state it was a foul too (not just rags). My point was that if there's a pro-Utd / anti-City agenda, surely it would have been given?
  15. B

    Referees/Officials

For Bravo's challenge on Rooney. Whether we think it's a pen or not, surely the pro-Utd agenda would have meant it was awarded? Prob should have had a pen against Watford. David Luis escaped a red when they played Chelsea. Valencia denied a pen vs Arsenal. I'm not saying I'm not gleeful when...

Lu Martin: Allegedly Guardiola sees City as "small club"

I'm basing my opinion on some of Peps comments to fans in interviews, his attempts to get the crowd going, etc. Personally, big club or small club...doesn't bother me what people think. I care more about what's happening on the pitch.

    Referees/Officials

As I'm not aware of that, no I can't.

Lu Martin: Allegedly Guardiola sees City as "small club"

Wouldn't surprise me if he did. I bet he stands on the side-lines listening to deafening silence from the crowd and wonders where he is. Add to that the CL anthem booing, mass exoduses on 80mins, etc., etc. It's probably the complete opposite to what he's previously experienced. He's probably...

    Referees/Officials

Never suggested he was. My reply was in response to a poster who called me thick as fuck for daring to suggest there's no conspiracy and the ref just had a bad game. The rags had quite a few decisions go against them at the beginning of the season. Bravo's first game springs to mind. I guess the...

    Referees/Officials

See this is the sort of language that proves my point. Rather than the ref just having a bad game he REFUSED to play advantage and then TURNED on Silva. If he didn't think it was a foul then he's not going to entertain Silva rolling around on the floor as to him it'll just look like time...
