Part of the letter is Newcastle complaining about some of Atkinson's decisions. I think City should write a strongly worded letter to the FA asking why Williamson wasn't sent off for a professional foul. This whole thing is utterly embarrassing and has descended into utter farce.

My understanding is that in a penalty shoot out, the ball cannot come back (ie: towards the penalty taker). For example, if the ball hits the post but then hits the keeper on the head and goes in, it's not a goal.

I don't mind West Ham either, but they are 'due' a relegation after the Tevez affair, which was, quite frankly, disgraceful. Once they go down, I can go back to not minding them!
