I'd rather be top than second. Whatever month it is . Cant believe some people are trying to argue otherwise !

Well done to city to be fair. better team and deserved to win. both teams defended like amateurs and that worst we been at the back all season. We were far to open today and gave them to much space. you can,t give the best attack in league the space we did.

saying that plus was walcott was magnificent and we kept causing their poor back four issues at 3-1 down and at 5-2 down. we first team in league to score 3 at city which shows no issues with our attack. we just were not good enough at the back.

still top of the league by three points. hope palace get result second half at chelsea. causing them issues at present. anyway beat chelsea next week, stay top and all is good in world with four points from three tough games.

And last week it was 6 points, and the week before that it was 8 points...

can you see where Im going ??

I can but when we lost to united , we then won three league games in a row. Its not just doing it in big games. its being consitent all season which is what we been and why we still top. beat chelsea and we be at least two to three clear going into west ham and toon away. We doing well and showed going forward out attacking talent.

you have best attack in league by far but still think doubts remain about your character of grinding out games away from home. if you knew how to do that you win the league by miles.

yeah well done..youre top of the league..congratulations...tell me this..when was the last time the team at the top of the prem conceeded 6 goals in a game..

matter of time pal..matter of time..

United let in 6 at southampton and 5 at newcastle but still won the league that season in 1996. its about being consistent which is why we still top. but you were better team today so well done on that. if you had any defence and defensive midfielder you would win the league at a canter

errr losing 6-3 isnt consistent..oh and by the way..we are the highest scorers in Europe..

Thats EUROPE by the way!!!, thats that fucking big place next to Asia..

In a distance race you will often see a pacemaker start out strong and run clear of the pack. Unfortunately for him, the stronger runners soon catch him up as he starts to flag and by the end of the race, he is a distant memory as the eventual winner strides past the finish line. Position now means fuck all, sitting right on the pacemakers shoulder as he starts to breathe heavily? No place we'd rather be.

You would probably have been better causing our poor back four issues(your words) when the score was 0-0.

It doesn't really dent the confidence of the players, it was hardly a shock this loss. This arsenal team have no delusions of grandeur like 10 years ago, they know they are nowhere near favourites to win the title. This is why I said before the game I got this down as a sure loss and got lambasted at the lack of poetry in my support. We will play out this season very much based on the league table, the whole point of having a cushion at the top is because away at city/utd and probably Chelsea, we will lose.

It was a freak game though in terms of defending, from both teams. If city are to fail it wont be in the big games, it will be at the likes of sunderland away.

I'm sorry but if you don't think getting dry bummed by us won't affect your players confidence you're as deluded as some of the other Arsenal fans. To win the title you have to believe you are the best team and can beat anyone but if your players have the attitude like you suggest that "they weren't expecting to beat City or United etc" that shows they don't believe they can win the title. Your players will have gone back from Napoli and now the City game knowing they are not as good as they thought they were and that will deffo fuck with their heads.

No mate, to win the title you have to finish top, do you ever ask yourself how come you are beneath us after this ?

your best defence and best away record was systematically taken apart by the best team in the league. we havent been taken apart like you were by anyone.

We are going to be the first team to concede 6 and win the title, HISTORY!!!!

Not sure a team has lost 4 away from home and won the league before too but all these are minor stats, I am not saying we will win the league, just that we are hardly in crisis being in the position everyone wants to be in, and its very gratifying to see Man city fans being so pleased at being beneath us in the table, if we were both offered that before the season you would have been livid, Id have thought the world has gone mad.
No reflection on today's game you totally deserved it. Awesome at home, but it will be the away form that decides if city win it or not.

I said to you 2 weeks ago that 7 points was easily catchable in the prem..well in 14 days its gone from 7 to 3..

you work it out..

I hope Arsenal win next week to be honest. Chelsea are our biggest rivals. Arsenal won't make it to February with a lead.
