for once i`d really like to hear from the media about how good we are.

just for once.

spurs came with the best defencive record, as did arsenal, both left with their tails between their legs. bayern were beaten on there own ground for the first time in ages.

if arsenal liverpool or united had done this we would never hear the end of it

Don't turn talkshite on then. Brazil has been bleating all morning how lucky we were and how Arsenal should have won.

More that wanker Warnock than Brazil. He won't let up on the supposed dodgy decisions Arsenal had.....

I do like Neil Warnock , I never knew he had so much love for arsenal, he is always defending us. Must be that cup replay we gave him when he was at Sheffield united. The game itself, we didnt deserve anything out of, city were completely dominant, but that is expected as you have better players than us.

As far as arsenal fans letting wenger "get away with it" , he is the best manager we have ever had, he has personally won as many league titles as manchester city in your entire history so you could see where we come from. People wanting wenger out are fickle bandwagon jumpers who hide behind the money they spend on tickets as an excuse to get stupid. Just my opinion.

As for aguero getting injured, I didnt see any arsenal fan here being happy about it. Hopefully its not too serious and it was a nice touch for the city fans to applaud koscielny off. That match was played in very good spirit overall, apart from one shockingly high challenge by yaya toure but he isnt a nasty player.

They have a few good fans i've met over the years but lately the utter bollocks the majority of there self entitled pricks I end up meeting at games etc spout make my piss boil, can't stand mouthy southern twats that run away when the going gets tough, which it will, you are notorious bottlers and everyone including there own know it!

Arsenal fans are definitely some of the least informed around. Including fellow season ticket holders i have to listen to spout rubbish every week. Maybe because the ones who really know the club cant afford to go to games anymore. It is a different fan base now to the one we had at highbury.

However, what we have won over the years and the fact that we manage to compete to an extent with a fraction of what others spend, including somehow being top of the league with a far inferior squad to most our rivals cant class us as bottlers, in some ways we continue to overachieve. Probably down to our brilliant manager (who most arsenal fans wanted sacked).

You have the money but don't spend it which when you look at what you get charged, the club are taking the piss out of you, you seem a good one though! Tough draw but they can be beaten as we proved

yes they have been taking the piss, until this summer, hopefully there will be more money spent from here on in.

Thats us concentrating on the league then

Arsenal fixtures.

February: Liverpool (A). Man United (H). Munich (H).

March: Munich (A). Tottenham (A). Chelsea (A). City (H).

That failure to hold on at Napoli has really come back to bite Arsenal. I know we beat Bayern in Munich this season, and Arsenal did it last season, but I just can't see them getting through here at all.

It is a no lose situation, if we beat the champions of europe our confidence will be so high itll carry us through, if we get knocked its very much expected and we can concentrate on the league.
We dont have the squad to compete on all fronts and the champions league is just an adventure this season so we might as well meet the best early.
