It says through "middle men" just wondering if bogus agents or the like are doing similar to what happened with the rags and Herrera..

There was interest from Watford and Roma.
 
So in the morning Manchester news paper (M.E.N) saying we aren't interested at all, and in the evening Italian News paper saying we offered 20million for him !

Which paper should we believe ?
 
There's nothing cryptic about my post. He didn't get into our Europa League squad two seasons ago, initially we were totally baffled by the decision but ultimately we got out of the group and won at San Mames Bilbao (I was there) in the knockout stage. He's a match of the day player, he can do a great run in the 63rd minute of the game in which he takes on 3 players but unlike certain players he is prone to loss of concentration and can become unreliable. An asset for Torino most certainly, a necessity for City absolutely not.
 
Think our problem at the moment is with outgoing transfers. Doubt we'll do anything until Zabaleta's future is resolved.

This feels like some sort of kafkaesque nightmare.

Can't sell Zabaleta until we sign his replacement.

Can't sign his replacement until we sell Zabaleta.

When will it end?

Ric, could that be the reason why we might use "middlemen" to negotiated for us? Get deals done without showing our hand?

Pretty sure Rome doesn't have chips and the Quo.

Give him a coaching role with the kids - there's enough there teaching them to play, someone needs to teach them to play covered in blood
 
Why don't we just offer zabaleta as part of the deal, kills 2 birds with one stone. I really want this guy tbh. We need him considering our dire full back situation and you'd think Barca would be interested Dani alves going juve.
