Yes that’s where I was heading. Wasn’t sure whether to go down by the river early on though? Will be alone so I’m sure I they can fit one more in even if they’re busy by the time I show up :-)

F!Ck, that’s going to make extra time and penalties difficult. We might do better taking penalties in the dark !

On a serious note, you’re correct, those are the rules. But, I’m guessing there’ll be some ‘unofficial’ flexibility considering the circumstances.
 
And they expect 10000 + city and Chelsea fans to wander off to bed for an early night !!
