A main point was obviously going to be about care home numbers.
Acknowledgement that this info on a day-to-day basis was wanted by the medic. Clear and concise answer.

A point Sunak just read out on the stats - the number of people in hospital was numbered - down about 350 from just over 20000 to just under 20000.

I think it's a good thing to list.

I'm not sure it helps support 'a minority require hospital treatment' - it is a minority, but it's a very big minority, something close to 20% of all cases (unless I'm missing something).

You are overlooking the fact that almost all cases don't get tested.

So while the number of confirmed cases may be 80,000, the number of people infected will be in the millions - 10 million if the Germans' first random testing results are correct.

No idea what asymptotic means.
Asymptomatic - Having a disease or condition or infection, but not exhibiting symptoms.
Asymptotic - The more pints you have, the more you want, right? If you have one you'll have two. Probably a third. At six, you're almost guaranteed to buy the seventh, eigth, ninth, as you settle in for the long run. But after, say, 20, you're increasingly likely to fall asleep in a corner on the floor. So despite still wanting to carry on, every time you buy one now, the less likely it is you'll be awake to buy another. So we can say the chances of you going to the bar are now 'asymptotic' - getting less and less likely as you approach your hard limit.

Questions

Will care home deaths be included in daily numbers? ONS figures are not quick enough to add to daily hospital numbers, trying to speed it up

Will we feel the impact of this for a generation? No the measures we are doing we should bounce back

Care home patients being forgotten, should they be included in daily figures? Praise for all working in it,we want to include them, working on it but difficult to get it daily, working hard with the care home sector, patients are not being tested so drs are putting probable cause of death

PPE for scotland,is it going to england instead? No truth in the story
