The best of the free mobile apps is Hinge, I was on it last year and had some success with that, been with someone since Feb after having been single for 4 years. I'm in in my early fifties. Also don't be too restrictive with the age range filter, you would be surprised how many younger women are into older men (and it isn't all about the money for some of them).
 
I've never tried them in the past but I went on one the other week out of curiosity ..... i was wary about telling them too much about myself at that point, but before knew it i must have been faced with about 30-40 women sending me emails and trying to talk to me, it smacked a bit of desperation ... they half scared me to death, i then thought better of it, bottled it, and promptly deleted my account!
