As for you more than enough, you dont have a clue. How much is he getting. Why was he getting that much in this last month. And what kind of game time player of Dzeko quality and worse would want to play.

He's supposed to get to 100% by using the time he has on the pitch Baka, that means continuing to show the kind of effort he's showing now. The vast majority of strikers at top clubs don't feature for more than 35-40 games a season and still keep themselves sharp and ready for when they play. There's your answer.

and I watched both of their matches against lyon that year and kaka was shit in the second leg.

- through thick & thin he puts in his shift and is a player who is firmly grounded; not flashy & not a prima donna.. yet for some reason he seems to come in for an inordinate amount of stick (although on a forum like this you'll always have the swooning Victorian Ladies)

he fulfills an important role in our squad very well; I'm glad we've got him.

With an alternative we may have won the league by a clear margin

The best description of him I've heard is "He's an enigma wrapped up in a contradiction"
He can be brilliant one minute and very poor the next. An example is the Crystal Palace game where imho he was awful for 89 mins only to score the goal to win the game by brilliant movement to find space and hammer the ball in the net Others occasions he stand with his finger up his arse looking disinterested or executes a powder puff shot into the keeper's arms
IMHO he is the worse "footballer" in the squad, although it is a squad full of very good footballers

Right now I think once having gone to lyon to watch a champions league game that city weren't involved in is being used against me, ycmiu

"He's on 24 appearances all comps including substitute appearances at roughly the halfway point of the season and has never made more than 48 appearances starts and subs in one season Baka. Not enough game time?"

1) You know perefctlly well ( with such big football knowledge ) that for most of the players all games are not any were near the same importance. When you are as good as Dzeko is. You want to play PL and CL games as much as possible. And it had been like that in top football leagues the same in at least last 50 years.
2) Out of this 24 appearances he had played much less PL games as a starter than under Mancini. Am i right. Most of this 24 games are cup games or subs appearances.

No, I don't, that's just your opinion, in fact, if I was in the squad right now the competition I'd be thinking about most would be the league cup, as we're (literally) only 1 game away from a trophy. would it surprise you to learn that out of our 6 games in the Champions League this season, Dzeko has started 4 and come on as a sub once? And of our 20 premier league games, he's started 8 and come on as a sub 6 times, not bad treatment for a 3rd choice striker, especially when you consider the manager is out to wreck his career.<br /><br />-- Thu Jan 09, 2014 11:25 am --<br /><br />In all competitions last year Baka, he started 23 games and came on as a sub 22 times, you claim mancini started him more often, but last year was when he really became a supersub.
