Does anyone know how old that sketch is? Also, what's the deal with the buildings to the West of the Co-op Live over Joe Mercer Way? That's where the 5 a side and indoor/outdoor tennis courts are right now?

Artistic licence I think that is. They seem to have built another bridge over the tram line and canal, planted trees along the tram line itself and turned the tram underpass into a store for huge metallic spheres.
